How do I place an ad?
Simply create your free horse donation account at DonateMyHorse.com and confirm your email address. After confirming your email, come back to DonateMyHorse.com, log in and post your ad.

How do I load my photos?
When you place your ad on Donate My Horse, there is a section for uploading your pictures. Simply use the BROWSE button to locate the image on your computer and our system will go grab it and upload it for you. Your photos will be resized for the web automatically.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you have resized your images to be the correct size. Our system will resize them to fit the site, so make sure you start with images no bigger than 800x800. Still not sure what this all means? Just upload your photos and if your pictures are not quite the way you want them, email us here and we will be glad to help.

How do I link to my movie?
There is a place to add a link to your video in several of our ad packages. We do not host video on our servers so you will need to have the URL to your movie. There are many free video hosting services. You might choose YouTube for free. If you do, once your video is active on YouTube, simply copy the YouTube link and paste it in the "Link" field of your ad. NO links will be allowed within the body or description of an ad. You must use the provided fields to link to your video. Questions? Email us here.

Can I add my photo later?
Yes. Simply come back and log in and you can make any changes you like.

How long will it take for my horse to appear on Donate My horse?
Typically, it takes up to 24 hours. Why the wait? We have to approve your ad before it goes live. We want to make sure all ads at DonateMyHorse.com are  as complete as possible.

How much does an ad cost?

What types of payment are acceptable?
We accept personal and business checks, VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. We will be adding additional payment methods in the future. We accept credit cards online and process these using PayPal secure servers and SSL Certificate technology to ensure the privacy of all transactions with DonateMyHorse.com. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay using PayPal.

How do I make changes to my ad?
Just log in to your account and then edit your ad(s).

How do visitors contact me?
When setting up your account, you are asked for your email address. Please use your main email account. When someone views your ad and wants to get in touch with you, they will complete a short form and the results will be emailed to you.

If you include a phone number in your ad, you may get calls from visitors as well.
